Scandinavian Daiquiri

This recipe, adapted from Kyle Webster, takes the well-known Daiquiri in a much more Swedish direction. Using Åhus Akvavit as the main ingredient we think turns this drink into a rather luxurious experience.⁠

Ingredients:

2 oz akvavit⁠
0,75 oz lime juice⁠
0,5 oz rich simple syrup⁠

Mixing:

Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and fine strain into a coupe.⁠
