The “Bloodhound” cocktail is made with fresh strawberries. There is also a lot of vermouth in it (both sweet and dry) so it’s a low ABV cocktail. Obviously a great summer cocktail this one is, and just muddling those three strawberries gives you summer feelings! The drink itself is very fresh. It’s not one of those overly sweet fruit cocktails it might look like, but rather a cool and dry, sophisticated berry drink.
1,5 oz gin
0,75 oz dry vermouth
0,75 oz sweet vermouth (we used Martini bianco)
Muddle the strawberries and shake together with all other ingredients and ice. Strain and pour.
