The “Duboudreau” is our second post, out of four, with cocktails from Jamie Boudreau’s The Canon Cocktail Book. It’s a rye-based drink with added Dubonnet, Fernet-Branca and St-Germain elderflower liqueur. This is a cocktail with some bite in it, coming both from the strong rye and the herbal amaro Fernet-Branca. We enjoyed this cocktail watching the second episode of Riverdale on Netflix.
2 oz rye
0,75 oz Dubonnet
0,25 oz Fernet-Branca
0,25 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
Stir over ice, strain and pour.
