La Belle Fille

One of the first drinks we’ve made outside on our balcony this spring. La Belle Fille intrigued us with that spiced pear liqueur in it, a bottle we love a lot. It’s very fruity, almost exotic, but has that stingy feature which works fantastically in a cocktail.⁠

La Belle Fille

Recipe by Jacquelyn Dowell


1,5 oz gin⁠
0,75 oz Bruto Americano⁠
0,25 oz apricot liqueur⁠
1 barspoon spiced pear liqueur⁠
0,25 oz simple syrup⁠
3 dashes Peychaud’s⁠


Stir all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a rocks glass.
