Today we present yet another recipe by bartender superstar Madeleine Solo Rapp. Terra Linda is a smoky and slightly bittersweet cocktail that makes us feel very elegant drinking it.
The deep red colour is quite striking, it is indeed a visual cocktail. But we do believe you also drink with your eyes.
We don’t use Dubonnet (a kind of fortified wine) very often, but in this drink it shows why it’s defending its shelf space in our home bar.

1,75 oz mezcal
0,75 oz Dubbonet
0,25 oz amaro Montenegro
1 dash Angostura bitters
Stir with fresh ice and strain into a coupe.
