When we saw this one in Matt’s feed we knew we needed to re-stir it. It’s made with all things delicious at once. Apple brandy, fortified wine, walnuts and crispy celery bitters. Wow this was the perfect drink to make after the Astoria we posted the day before yesterday!
1 oz Calvados
1 oz Byrrh
1 oz walnut liqueur
2 dashes celery bitters
Stir all ingredients with fresh ice, then strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and walnut.
