What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name or company name
• Your email address
• The message you write to us

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How it is handled

Your message is sent directly to our email inbox via our mail server — we don't store submissions in a database. It's kept for as long as we keep the email itself, the same way any email conversation with us would be.

Sharing with third parties

We don't share your contact form data with any third party.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool hosted on our own server (not a third-party cloud service), to understand how visitors use this site. It records a sample of sessions (around 50%) with sensitive content masked, and keeps no personal profile tied to your identity. This data isn't shared with anyone outside Cocktail Detour.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us at contact@cocktaildetour.com and we'll take care of it.
