We thought there was something almost fairy tale-like over the Enchanted Orchard cocktail by Joaquin Simó from Death & Co. The name of the drink makes us think about magic forests, strange creatures . . . and unicorns for some reason. A Rubberband Man, that's what I'm holding in my hand (together with a rather large amount of rubber bands). This balancing act was well worth the effort though, this cocktail is a really nice one!
