This is another gem from one of Frederic Yarm's recipe packed cocktail books. It was probably the Swedish punsch in the recipe that caught our interest, along with the cream sherry which is an ingredient we like a lot.

1 oz cream sherry
1 oz Swedish punsch
0,5 oz cacao liqueur
0,5 oz lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with the oil from a lemon zest.

We find this drink rather elegant, with its pale colour and its subtle ingredients. Coconut water is rather unused as a cocktail ingredient, but it works beautifully we think. It is sweet and has a lot of coconut taste, but it doesn't come with the thick creamy (sometimes overwhelming) textures that coconut milk does. Also the chocolate notes here are so good.
