We've been making a lot of yellow cocktails lately, and here is another one. It was the combination of gin and applejack that got us interested, but it is the lemon juice and the Lillet Blanc that give the drink its colour. All ingredients contribute to the great flavour though, and the cocktail is really enjoyable. Cheers and happy Saturday.⁠

Ingredients:

1 oz London dry gin⁠
0,75 oz Lillet Blanc⁠
0,75 oz fresh lemon juice⁠
0,5 oz applejack⁠
0,5 oz simple syrup

Mixing:

Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and fine strain into a coupe.
