Yes! Finally we can use these copper mugs we bought when we were in Japan last summer. They are perfect for mule cocktails, even if the one we're making today is not the most classical one.⁠

But swapping vodka for scotch is actually super nice. It gives the drink a bit more depth in our opinion and makes it a even more interesting.

Glasgow Mule

Recipe by Damon Boelte⁠

Ingredients:

4 oz ginger beer⁠
1,5 oz scotch⁠
0,75 oz lemon juice⁠
0,5 oz elderflower liqueur⁠
1 dash Angostura bitters⁠

Mixing:

Combine all ingredients in a mug filled with ice and gently stir.⁠
