Hole in the Cup is the name of this cocktail. And according to its creator Lauren McLaughlin thats how quickly it disappears as it's so good.

And yes we need to agree. This is a very delicious and fresh cocktail with some tiki vibes going on, thanks to the pineapple juice in it.

Also those two slices of cucumber the drink is shaken with (without being muddled first) add a nice vegetal flavour. It complements the rather sweet pineapple in a good way.

Recipe

Ingredients:

0,25 oz lime juice
0,75 oz simple syrup
1 oz oineapple juice
0,25 oz absinthe
1,5 oz tequila blanco
3 thin cucumber slices

Mixing:

Add everything but one of the cucumber slices in a shaker together with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe and garnish with the remaining cucumber slice.
