Remember the Alimony

Remember the Alimony is a three ingredient cocktail by Dan Greenbaum. It's supposed to be one of Robert Simonson's favorite cocktails - and that fact got us intrigued.

Also we really like to use Cynar. It's one of the most available and approachable amari and it is simply delicious. We're not totally convinced you really taste the artichoke in it, but it doesn't matter as it anyway tastes so good.

Recipe

Ingredients:

1,25 oz dry sherry
1,25 oz amaro Cynar
0,75 oz gin

Mixing:

Stir with fresh ice and strain into a heavy rocks glass.
