We thought this cocktail is fitting today, kust a few days before Christmas. It's a spicy mix of smoky mezcal, ginger and allspice. And although served chilled, there is definitely some heat in this one. Happy Friday! Recipe by Joann Spiegel Ingredients: 1,5 oz mezcal 0,75 oz Amontillado sherry 0,75 oz ginger syrup 0,5 oz lemon juice 0,5 oz allspice liqueur Mixing: Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and fine strain into rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel. Glassware: rocks
