When Marius over at Ginfluencers posted this recipe a few months ago we knew we needed to try it. Sloe gin is a fantastic product, adding both taste, colour and a bit of elegance to any cocktail. Complemented in this recipe only by two types of vermouth and a tiny amount of bitters shows how simple it can be to make an intriguing, eye-catching and most of all tasty cocktail. It's a solid recipe, and we urge you to try it. Recipe by Ginfluencers [https://www.instagram.com/ginfluencers/] Ing

Mixing only two ingredients can still create an awesome cocktail. In this one we're using only local products, Calvados from Kiviks Musteri [https://www.kiviksmusteri.se/sv/vara-produkter/calvados/calvados/] and Orange Vermouth from Spriteriet [https://spriteriet.se/] - both super Swedish. We immediately appreciated the spring vibes this cocktail had going. The apples in the Calvados combined with the unique orange vermouth create this mellow drink, which still has quite the bite thanks to th

As summer is approaching so is the season for cooling long drinks. We like this bitter-sweet one a lot and we're extra happy it uses pisco as the base spirit. We also appreciate herbal Benedictine liqueur a lot. Even though there is a bitterness to it there is also sweet notes, and it mixes very well with the red bitter liqueur that we used. Papa Ghirardelli Recipe found via Difford’s Guide Ingredients: 1,5 oz pisco 0,5 oz Italian red bitter liqueur 0,75 sweet vermouth 0,5 oz Benedictin

Meet me in the Morning

Meet me in the Morning

Sure, it's not really morning when we post this. But this cocktail can certainly be enjoyed also at evening time. It is of course the coffee liqueur, and the serving in cups that justify the cocktail's name. The coffee liqueur mixes very well with the walnut liqueur. Both have quite distinct flavour profiles on their own, but they still play very well together in the same cocktail. So, good morning, and cheers! Meet me in the Morning Recipe by Kyle Jones Ingredients: 1 oz dry gin 1 oz

This is the other cocktail Madeleine Solo Rapp [https://www.instagram.com/madeleinesolorapp/] had during her first visit to Attaboy in NYC. It is somehow similar to the one we posted the day before yesterday, but this one has both an amaro as well as maraschino liqueur in it. From the photo of the handwritten recipe that Madeleine posted we couldn't really see what type of glassware this drink was meant to be served in. We went with thin rocks glasses, and thought it worked pretty well! Th

This is Madeleine Solo Rapp's [https://www.instagram.com/madeleinesolorapp/] favourite stirred cocktail. She had this served to her at Attaboy in New York City some ten years ago, and she fell in love with it. The recipe is not very complicated, but we do agree on how delicious the cocktail turns out. There's a lot of rye in it, which is usually what we anyway prefer over bourbon. Small amounts of sweet vermouth and yellow Chartreuse are then added together with some bitters, and it all blen

VERMUT O’CLOCK

VERMUT O’CLOCK

Low on ABV, this is a very sippable long-drink made with both sweet and dry vermouth. We like how refreshing it is, and how well vermouth is used as the main ingredient. Vermut O'Clock Recipe from “Be your own Bartender” Ingredients: 1,5 oz sweet vermouth 1 oz orange juice 0,25 oz dry vermouth 0,25 oz simple syrup 2 oz club soda Mixing: Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
