The simplicity of this drink is astounding. This Martini ratio we fancy a lot, and it works well also with aquavit. Here we use O.P. Anderson Klar. A clear aquavit with heavy dill notes that is absolutely fantastic in a Martini. Dilltini Ingredients 60 ml O.P. Anderson Klar aquavit 30 ml dry vermouth Mixing Stir with fresh ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon zest. Glassware Coupe The coupe glasses are called "Boobette", Swedish design by BOBO [https://www.bobo.store]

Just published, in Swedish, is Hans-Olov Öberg's and Emil Åreng's book about the world's most iconic cocktail, the Dry Martini. Much can be told about that drink. In one way, the most simple cocktail recipe of them all, just two ingredients. In another way the most customizable cocktail as a play with ratios or the introduction of a third or even fourth ingredient can completely change the drink. And that's what the book is all about. When Marius over at Ginfluencers posted this recipe a few months ago we knew we needed to try it. Sloe gin is a fantastic product, adding both taste, colour and a bit of elegance to any cocktail. Complemented in this recipe only by two types of vermouth and a tiny amount of bitters shows how simple it can be to make an intriguing, eye-catching and most of all tasty cocktail. It's a solid recipe, and we urge you to try it. Recipe by Ginfluencers [https://www.instagram.com/ginfluencers/] Ing

It is unusual for us to fall for these type of drinks, but we thought neutral vodka was perfect to pair the premium elderflower with. And so it was! The drink became just as refreshing as we'd hoped for. A good sum

Low on ABV, this is a very sippable long-drink made with both sweet and dry vermouth. We like how refreshing it is, and how well vermouth is used as the main ingredient. Vermut O'Clock Recipe from “Be your own Bartender” Ingredients: 1,5 oz sweet vermouth 1 oz orange juice 0,25 oz dry vermouth 0,25 oz simple syrup 2 oz club soda Mixing: Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
