We recently spotted these green tinted glasses in a local charity shop here in Stockholm. Normally we only buy clear glassware as we want to be able to see the colour of the actual cocktail. But there was something about these green vintage glassware that made it impossible to walk away from them.
So after buying them, against our believes, we knew we needed to mix up a green cocktail so that the photo would still somehow be true to the cocktail. Thankfully we came across Kevin Martin's recipe for the Albert Mathieu cocktail, being pale green on its own thanks to that three quarters of an ounce of green Chartreuse.
This cocktail is fifty percent Last Word, mixed up with some low ABV Lillet Blanc and St Germain elderflower liqueur. A contemporary take on a classic, that works really well.

Recipe
Ingredients:
1,5 oz gin
0,75 oz Lillet Blanc
0,75 oz green Chartreuse
1 bar spoon St Germain
1 dash orange bitters
Mixing:
Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
