It's fun to use non-liquid ingredients in cocktails. Like in this one, where orange marmelade is one of the key ingredients. It gives the drink an interesting texture and an almost shiny appearance. Of course it also gives the drink a nice fruity taste.
The sprig of rosemary is only used as garnish, but just the aroma from it somehow flavours the cocktail. Also your fingers smells quite nice on their own after handling the rosemary.

Ingredients:
1,5 oz Cognac
0,75 oz lemon juice
0,5 oz amaro Averna
0,33 oz orange marmelade
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients vigorously with fresh ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
