Millennium Falco

Millennium Falco

We would lie if we didn't say it was the name of the drink that initially caught our attention. But then reading through the list of ingredients just got us even more intrigued. Cold-brew coffee, pink peppercorn syrup, amaro, Galliano, Branca Menta and bitter soda . . . wow that is quite some mix! ⠀ And then we took a first sip and realized what a fantastic creation this one is! Obviously full of different flavors, but not overpowering each other. The sparkling lemon soda does a fantastic job of

Emerald Toucan

Emerald Toucan

We happened to have a bird coupe available, which felt very fitting to serve this drink in. The Emerald Toucan is a delicious one made with an irresistible combination of liqueurs, tequila and sour lime juice. ⁣ ⁣ We love the name of the drink, it sounds so . . . exotic! It's maybe not officially a tiki drink, but it's very close. We felt we needed to arrange a grass and flower backdrop to give this creation a natural habitat.⁣ ⁣ The drink tastes fantastic. Using Galliano to mix with is unusua

Saint Rosalie

Saint Rosalie

When the team behind Porter's gin [http://www.portersgin.co.uk/] kindly asked us to try out their gin we knew we wanted to use it in a long drink. Being a citrus driven gin, pairing it with fruit flavors such us elderflower and cherry was also an easy decision. So when we found this recipe in Imbibe Magazine we knew it was a great fit for the Porter's gin. Before starting to mix we tried the gin neat, and it is as gorgeous as expected. The lemon is there, but it's also bursting with botanicals

Mr. October

Mr. October

Mr. October it's called, although we made it in February. This elegant cocktail by Timothy Miner is best seen from above, as it's garnished with freshly grated nutmeg. With that nutmeg floating on top of this yellow cocktail, we thought it almost looks like some kind of planet or celestial body. Maybe even the sun? We love the use of spices in this drink. The nutmeg adds a real earthy tone to the whole creation, while the cinnamon syrup contributes with a wintery note. Then there is the very po

Mulata Daisy

Mulata Daisy

We've been wanting to make the award winning Mulata Daisy by Agostino Perrone for a long time but we've been missing chocolate liqueur in our home bar. But after a recent trip to London a bottle is now bought, and we can finally try this mesmerizing recipe. 0,75 oz lime juice cocoa powder 2 bar spoons Galliano liqueur 1 bar spoon caster sugar 0,5 bar spoon fennel seeds 1,5 oz white rum (Bacardi suggested) 0,75 oz chocolate liqueur Rim the glass with lime and dip it in cocoa powder. Pour the Gal
