Akvavit cocktails are awesome. So when Jesse kindly shared his recipe for the Snake Eyes we needed to make it immediately. There’s a lot to like about this cocktail, first the pale golden colour, secondly the four gorgeous ingredients used and thirdly the amazingly tasting end result.
Snake Eyes

Ingredients:
1,5 oz Linie Akvavit
1 oz dry vermouth
0,5 oz amaro Montenegro
0,25 oz cremé de cacao
Mixing:
Stir with plenty of fresh ice and strain into a coupe. Sink a brandied cherry into the drink.
